The 2010-2011 Recital is June 18th.  Dress Rehearsal is June 17th.  The recital is at NC State University in Stewart Theater.  1202 A Talley Student Center, 2610 Cates Avenue, Raleigh 27695

• Each class has been assigned a designated time slot.  Your child's time slot has been sent via email to you and is also posted in the lobby of the Academy.  If you did not receive a Newsletter, time slot schedule, and recital/costume information email, please let us know!  The best way to ensure this is corrected is to leave your email address in the tuition box and we will send it to you as soon as possible.  
• It is very important that you are on time.  If not, your child will miss their opportunity to practice on stage before their big night!  Each class has 15 minutes and we will do our very best to be running on time and as smoothly as possible.  
• Please do your part to help the rehearsal be a success.  Your child should be dressed in costume with hair and makeup done and have shoes on ready to come backstage at their assigned time.  
• Each class will be assigned a "class mom" to represent their class at dress rehearsal.  If you have any questions ask that mom and if she does not know the answer she will talk to Miss Jentry.  This helps us stay on schedule while it also eliminates confusion and Miss Jentry being pulled in so many directions.  Thank you for your understanding. If you would like to volunteer to be the head mom please let Miss Jentry or your child's teacher know.
• Dance Discovery students must have Capezio tan tap shoes that are on file at Releve.  If you already have 635T tan tap shoes that will be accepted.  NO black tap shoes!  Your child will not be able to participate in their tap dance if the correct shoes are not worn.

 

• June tuition must be paid by June 10th or your child will not be able to participate in the recital.  June is only a half month of lessons therefore the tuition due is for half your monthly tuition. 

Recital tickets will be on sale May 22nd from 2:00pm to 5:00pm.

• Recital fee of $45.00 and $65.00 for a family is due by May 10th. *Please make your registration fee payment separate from your tuition payment*
• Recital fee includes 4 tickets, and families with two dancers receive an additional 2 tickets and three dancers or more, receive 1 additional ticket per child.
• Ticket prices range from $10.00, $7.00 or $5.00 depending on what seat you choose. 
• A seating chart of Stewart Theater will be color coded as to the cost of the seat.  You will receive a reserved ticket for the seat you choose for the big night!
• Tickets will be on sale at the door the night of the recital.  
• Tickets will not be on sale at dress rehearsal or during your child's dance lessons. If you are not able to attend May 22nd, you may schedule a time after tickets go on sale with Miss Jentry to get additional tickets.
