Miss Jentry was a member and soloist of the Artistic Dance Academy Performing Dance Company for 10 years, studied classical ballet, pointe, lyrical and jazz under Patricia O'Quinn Warren. She also studied at Joffrey Ballet School in New York and with several renowned dancers and instructors such as, Shamil Yagudin of the Bolshoi Ballet and Frank Hatchet of Broadway Dance Center in New York City.  Miss Jentry has won numerous dance competitions, has performed professionally and is a talented choreographer. She is a wonderful inspiration to her students.  

Miss Jentry continues to perfect her talent through professional instructors and performances.  She continues to participate in workshops and conventions to constantly upgrade her own dance and teaching techniques.  Most recently, she earned classical ballet teaching certificates from Professor Peggy Willis Aarnio.  Miss Jentry attended the International Teacher's Congress for the training and study of classical ballet and the teaching method developed by Vera Kostrovitskaya and based on the work of Agrippina Vaganova at the Imperial Ballet in St. Petersburg, in Russia.

For many years Miss Jentry has offered her outstanding talents to others, through various studios. She has now taken her dream to teach others one step further.  Today Miss Jentry offers a planned teaching curriculum in a safe, caring and positive atmosphere with professional instruction in dance.

Miss Jentry is the owner, artistic director, and instructor/choreographer of Dancers Pointe Academy of Dance, and hopes to provide the best environment for you and your children to learn any discipline they may choose.  Thanks for choosing to be a part of my dream.

Bladen Leippe teaches pre-dance classes of Pre-Ballet/Tap/Tumbling, Mommy and me as well as Baby and me...(bio coming soon)

Rocki Mayhew teaches Hip Hop at DPA.  She is the coach for the Carolina Railhawk Professional dance team as well as a member of the team.  She has 16 years of Dance and Cheerleading training and has been teaching for 6 years in various studios.  We are excited to have her as a part of our staff this year.
